The Morgan Punch Bag Spring is manufactured using high quality, stress-resistant and treated steel. Using the highest quality materials allows for the spring to become a high load-bearing attachment to your swivel and chain layout. The advantage of using a spring system on a punch bag swivel is it creates a slight bounce to the bag making training more realistic, much like training with a real sparring partner.
